Edmonton's top scoring winger could well take a seat in playoffs. Here's why
Jeff Skinner is smart with the puck, creative on the attack, a tricky shooter and regularly helps put the puck in the net. No surprise then that Skinner has the highest rate of scoring at even strength of any Edmonton Oilers winger. He's averaged 1.95 points per 60 minutes of even strength play. Read More

How to avoid the trap of spending more during spring cleaning
Q: My partner and I dated throughout university and have lived together for approximately three years. During this period, I have developed a sense of anxiety toward springtime, though not for the reasons one might assume. For us, spring has always been associated with transitioning from winter sports to warmer-weather activities. Our shared love for outdoor pursuits, especially hiking and kayaking, initially brought us together. Changing over our gear involves some organization, but each year my partner intensifies her spring-cleaning efforts. Last year, we incurred expenses of roughly $1,000 on garage shelving, in addition to numerous new storage boxes required to maintain order. We have since relocated to her grandparents' former house, which she inherited last autumn. Fortunately, all that shelving fit into their garage, but now my partner is devising plans for multiple home improvements. While we have the skills to undertake much of the work ourselves, what can I do to prevent her spring cleaning from snowing us under financially? ~Tim Read More
